FlameCrafters O.A.R. provides personalized, market-researched Opportunity Assessment Reports based on information submitted by the customer. Depending on the customer’s situation, an O.A.R. may include strategic diagnosis, opportunity evaluation, market-demand research, a recommended business model, customer targeting, pricing guidance, ready-to-use offer language, sales and marketing scripts, fulfillment steps, startup requirements, risk considerations, and a structured launch plan. The exact contents of each report vary according to the customer’s goals, experience, assets, available resources, stated boundaries, constraints, location, and selected opportunity.
All services are provided without any guarantee of results. Success depends on numerous factors outside of our control, including but not limited to execution, market conditions, and individual effort.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the transaction.
Because each Opportunity Assessment Report is a personalized service created from customer-submitted information, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Lead Crafters Studios does not provide refunds or cancellations because: the customer changes their mind; the customer disagrees with the recommendation; the customer chooses not to implement the report; the customer provides incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading intake information; the customer’s circumstances change; the customer does not obtain the results they expected; the customer fails to complete the intake form or respond to requests for required information; or delivery is delayed by circumstances outside Lead Crafters Studios' reasonable control. The sole discretionary exception applies when Lead Crafters Studios determines that it is unable to provide the purchased report for reasons not covered by the Force Majeure section. In that event, the customer’s sole remedy will be a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered report. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Force Majeure Lead Crafters Studios will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe illness or emergency, war, civil unrest, government action, widespread utility or internet outages, cyberattacks, platform failures, labor disruptions, or other comparable events. When reasonably possible, performance will resume after the event has ended. A delay or interruption caused by a Force Majeure event does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any decisions or actions taken based on the resulting O.A.R.
Purchase or use of an Opportunity Assessment Report, access to this website, communication with Lead Crafters Studios, or implementation of any recommendation does not create an employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, fiduciary, mentorship, coaching, professional-advisory, or other similar relationship between you and FlameCrafters O.A.R. or Lead Crafters Studios. No additional relationship, duty, authority, or obligation is created by implication, correspondence, conversation, recommendation, or course of conduct unless expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Lead Crafters Studios, and its owners.
Lead Crafters Studios or FlameCrafters O.A.R. does not employ, recruit, place, sponsor, supervise, manage, represent, or become a business partner of any customer. Nothing provided through this website or an O.A.R. constitutes an offer of employment, franchise opportunity, investment relationship, business partnership, or authority to act on behalf of FlameCrafters O.A.R. or Lead Crafters Studios.
You have no authority to make commitments, representations, agreements, or obligations on behalf of FlameCrafters O.A.R. or Lead Crafters Studios.
The only relationship created by a purchase is the limited customer and service-provider relationship expressly described in these Terms, the applicable checkout information, and any written purchase confirmation.
Lead Crafters Studios retains ownership of its report structure, methodology, templates, analytical processes, branding, proprietary frameworks, and other pre-existing intellectual property.
Upon full payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recommendations, scripts, content, action plans, and other customer-specific materials contained in your O.A.R. for your own personal or business implementation.
You may adapt and use customer-specific materials for the business or project addressed in your report. You may not resell, republish, distribute, sublicense, reproduce for competing commercial purposes, disclose the underlying FlameCrafters methodology, or represent the report or framework as your own product.
Lead Crafters Studios, nor its owners, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, services, or products.
This website may use third-party services, including payment processors and hosting providers. FlameCrafters O.A.R. is not responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of third-party services. We may use trusted third-party service providers and technology tools to operate and deliver our services. Customers should not submit Social Security numbers, complete banking information, passwords, protected medical records, or other highly sensitive information that is not necessary to prepare an O.A.R.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Lead Crafters Studios operates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
